Matt was born and raised in Toronto. He got his driver’s license on his 16th birthday and has enjoyed driving ever since. Matt began his career with Marriott where he mastered the art of delivering excellent service and stellar communication. He wanted to start a business where he could combine his enjoyment of being on the road with his service-first mentality. Outside of work, Matt enjoys spending time with his dogs, landscaping, and organizing.

Co-Founder / Director of Marketing
Born in Toronto and raised in Oakville, Brett earned a B.A. from Western University and spent over a decade working in digital marketing before co-founding Cross Country Valet. He puts his marketing skills into practice by managing Cross Country Valet’s website, branding, and advertising campaigns. When not working, Brett loves to read, travel, learn new skills, and spend time with friends and family.

Director of Sales / Lead Driver
Toronto, ON
Born in Ireland, Anthony currently resides in Toronto and is both an Irish and Canadian citizen. He holds a B.A. degree in geography and politics from University College Dublin and spent 10 years as a professional taxi driver in Dublin, where he provided exemplary service to his customers. Outside of work, he loves to cycle long distances, run, play soccer, and go to Blue Jays games. He is also obsessed with the weather and (fun fact) once cycled from Dublin to Luxembourg in just five days.

Niagara Falls, ON
Having spent his whole life in the border region of Niagara, Ontario, Brad is very familiar with cross-border travel. With 20+ years of experience working for a Customs Brokerage company, he also works for the Niagara Regional Transit System and volunteers for the Fort Erie Fire Department. He holds a DZ license and is excited to bring his passion for driving and for serving his community to Cross Country Valet. A fun fact about Brad is that he is an elite baritone ukulele player!

Mark was born in Kingston, Jamaica and came to Canada when he was two years old, where he soon fell in love with the national sport, hockey. After attending Colgate university in upstate New York on a hockey scholarship, Mark signed with the Calgary Flames. Sadly, a knee injury ended his dreams of NHL stardom. Mark then spent 30 years driving for the Toronto Transit Commission before retiring in 2023 and joining Cross Country Valet! His hobbies include travelling to new places, going to the gym, and spending quality time with his girlfriend and kids.

Geoff was born in Kitchener and currently lives in York Region. A graduate of the University of Waterloo, he worked in Global Banking where he enjoyed meeting and managing relationships with many banks from around the world. Now retired from the Financial Industry, Geoff is pleased to be able to apply his customer service skills with Cross Country Valet. Outside of work he enjoys swimming, skiing, traveling and collaborative dinners with his family. Fun fact: he and his wife also operate a cookie business!

Currently residing in Shelburne, Ontario, Jeff spent 25 years for Honda before retiring in 2016. He is a proud father of two grown children and grandfather to three granddaughters. When not spending time with family, he enjoys traveling and engaging in leisure activities such as golfing, boating, ATVing, skiing, and snowmobiling. An experienced long-haul driver who has done the drive between Ontario and Florida countless times over the years, he looks forward to serving you.

Jonathan was born in the Montreal area and currently still lives in the region. After 15 years working for the federal government, he switched his career focus and has been involved in the real estate and agricultural business for the past couple years. Jonathan has a wealth of experience driving vehicles of all kinds throughout his career. Outside of professional contexts, he has also driven multiple times across the United States on road trips or vacations. He enjoys playing golf, pickleball, and travelling in his free time.

Tom was raised in the Etobicoke area of Toronto. After high school, he worked as a roadie for a number of Toronto bands. He took a job in sales, married, and started a family, before shifting to a new career in facilities management with GE Canada. As regional manager for western Canada, he had the opportunity to see the west at its best. Retiring in 2021 has allowed him to do a little travel and enjoy his true passion, cruising the roads on his Harley motorcycle. When not riding his Harley or driving for Cross Country Valet, he enjoys getting time as “Gramps” with his young grandson.

Joe worked in Financial Services for 30+ years in progressive roles across multiple Canadian Banks. Now retired, he divides his time between his home in Mississauga and cottage in Crystal Beach. He and his wife love spending time with their two daughters, two grand-daughters, and large extended family and friends. Joe and his wife have travelled extensively across Canada, the US, the Caribbean, Asia and Europe, including having lived in Trinidad and Tobago for two-and-a-half years. As a result, he is experienced in driving a wide variety of different vehicles, including left/right-hand driving vehicles and manual/automatic transmissions. A fun fact: Joe is a handy-man and enjoys wood working.

Having lived and travelled across nearly every continent, Dayna carries a global perspective and a natural talent for making people feel cared for. She brings over 15 years of experience supporting families and executives as a trusted Executive and Personal Assistant. Before the pandemic, she also owned and operated a beloved Toronto bakery and food truck. Her background in high-touch service and logistics makes her a seamless fit for the personalized experience Cross Country Valet is known for.

Based in Calgary, Alberta, Bret brings extensive professional experience and a love of driving to Cross Country Valet. With a Business Diploma from Douglas College and a Computer Technology Diploma from SAIT, he combines professionalism, reliability, and attention to detail on every trip. Previously, Bret built and managed businesses in marketing and energy consulting, developing strong skills in client service, organization, and trust. Outside of work, Bret loves spending time with his wife and son, often taking in a Flames hockey game together. A lifelong driver at heart, Bret finds time on the road peaceful — a chance to slow down, take in the sights, and enjoy the journey.
