For cross-border moves, we can help you navigate all required paperwork to import your vehicle into the United States or into Canada without your presence. As a registered carrier with U.S. Customs & Border Control and Canada Border Services Agency, we are familiar with the various laws and procedures. Your vehicle will be fully insured during the duration of the trip under your existing insurance policy.

Relocating Between Canada and USA 🇨🇦 🇺🇸
Moving a vehicle across the Canada-US border without your presence involves customs requirements, but we make it easy.
- Returning Vehicle — if you are a U.S. resident returning a U.S. registered vehicle, or a Canadian resident returning a Canadian registered vehicle, we take care of this with minimal paperwork.
- Temporary Import — if your foreign-registered will be in the U.S. or Canada for less than one year, we manage the temporary import documentation.
- Formal Entry (Permanent Import) — if you are permanently importing your Canadian vehicle to the U.S., or vice versa, we work with a Registered Importer to facilitate it on your behalf.

How much does the vehicle relocation service cost?
The cost of the vehicle relocation service is custom for each trip and depends on many factors including the specific date, the pick-up address, and the drop-off address. Reach out to us with your details to obtain an exact quote.
How long does vehicle relocation take?
Most Canadian relocations are completed within 2-5 days depending on distance. Cross-border relocations to the US typically take 2-5 days as well depending on the destination state. We’ll give you an estimated delivery window when you book.
Are you authorized to transport vehicles across the border without my presence?
Yes, all we require from you is a letter indicating that you have given us your permission to transport your vehicle into the United States (if coming from Canada) or into Canada (if coming from the United States). As a registered commercial vehicle carrier with both U.S. Customs & Border Control and Canada Border Services Agency, we handle all the required paperwork and work with a customs broker when required to ensure a smooth transaction.
What is your cancellation / refund policy?
A client may cancel their reservation at any time for any reason before their vehicle is in our possession. If cancelled before 21:00 EST two calendar days prior to pickup, you will not owe any further payments. If cancelled at or after 21:00 EST two calendar days prior to pickup, 50% of the total amount will be due. Deposits are retained in either scenario to cover costs associated with the reservation.
What about insurance?
The vast majority of car insurance policies come with permissive use insurance coverage. This means that you still have coverage if another driver operates your vehicle, as long as you have given them permission to do so. In the unlikely event that an at-fault insurance claim occurs while we are in possession of your vehicle, we will pay the deductible.
Can you relocate my car anywhere in Canada or the United States?
We relocate vehicles anywhere in Canada and between Canada and the continental United States. All cross-border trips must have a Canadian address on at least one end — as a Canadian company, we cannot transport between two U.S. addresses.
Do I need to be present at pickup or delivery?
Not necessarily. We’re flexible about pickup and delivery arrangements — many clients coordinate key handover with a family member, building concierge, or real estate agent. Just let us know your situation when you get in touch and we’ll work something out.
Are you able to transport any type of vehicle?
We transport almost every vehicle type, as long as it has four wheels and requires a standard driver’s license to operate. The car has to be in drivable condition. We can also tow a small trailer upon request.
